Raya Wangsness is an early childhood educator, new mom, and passionate family wellness advocate who brings warmth, structure, and deep empathy to her role as a WeeWellness™ Dream Team Certified Consultant. With a strong foundation in child development and years of experience working directly with families and children, Raya is committed to helping parents navigate early challenges with confidence, clarity, and calm.

Raya holds a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education from Arkansas State University and has spent the last several years teaching and coaching in both public schools and early learning centers. Whether leading a first-grade classroom, guiding infant development, or supporting parents through milestones, Raya has consistently focused on nurturing relationships, building trust, and empowering families to thrive.

Her own experience as a new mom added a powerful new dimension to her work. After successfully navigating sleep training with her children through self-guided learning, Raya saw firsthand the life-changing impact that rest and routine can have on a family’s well-being. That personal transformation inspired her to join WeeWellness™️—where she could combine her background in education with a mission that centers heart-led, evidence-based support for families.

Raya is known for being compassionate, dedicated, and resourceful, with a calm, reassuring presence that puts families at ease. Her strength lies in creating practical strategies that align with each child’s developmental stage and each family’s unique dynamics. She brings a teacher’s patience, a parent’s empathy, and a consultant’s focus to every family she works with.

As part of the WeeWellness™ Dream Team, Raya is passionate about guiding families through everything from sleep routines to daily transitions and emotional regulation—offering tools that create peace in the home and strengthen the parent-child bond. Her mission is to help parents feel supported, informed, and empowered—because wellness starts at home, and every family deserves to thrive.
