The advice you receive from your WeeWellness™ Certified Dream Team Consultant is for informational purposes only and is intended for use with common early childhood and/or new family wellness issues that are wholly unrelated to medical conditions. This advice is NOT intended to be a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health practitioner regarding any matters that may require medical attention or diagnosis, and before following the advice and using the techniques described in any of the WeeWellness™  programs. The reliance & implementation of any information provided by your WeeWellness™ Certified Dream Team Consultant is solely at your own risk.

EXCLUSION/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

Neither the Certified Dream Team Consultant nor WeeWellness™ makes any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding any consulting services or programs provided. The aggregate liability (if any) of the Certified Dream Team Consultant and WeeWellness™ is limited to the consulting fee paid by you to WeeWellness™,  and in no event will the Certified Dream Team Consultant or WeeWellness™  be liable to you for any other claim, losses or damages.

PROGRAM EXPIRY

Programs expire 3 months after the date of purchase, regardless of completion of the WeeWellness™ purchased. If after 3 months the client requests (and the Dream Team Consultant agrees in writing) to resume and/or complete the service, a ‘Refresher’ package may need to be purchased by the client this will allow the us to update the client’s information and create a new WeeWellness™ plan to reflect the client’s current situation and/or age.

GUARANTEE

Program Compliance: 

In order to qualify for any of the WeeWellness™ guarantees, parents must implement and diligently follow the customized program developed by your Dream Team Certified Consultant. Please note, some programs are not covered under the guarantee. These include the Refresh Me and Speedy Sleep packages in the Infant & Toddler Sleep programs as well as the 'WeeWee' Starter package in the Potty Training program.

Please note, there is no guarantee for neurodivergent sleep or potty training programs.

Guidance Adherence: 

Parents are required to follow the plan, techniques and strategies provided by your WeeWellness™ Dream Team Certified Consultant throughout the duration of the program to qualify for the guarantee. This includes adhering to scheduled consultations, logging your activity and relevant progress daily in our online Portal (or by other means as directed), and consistently implementing adjustments to your plan as recommended by your Certified Dream Team Consultant for the duration of the program. Failure to do so will void any guarantee.

Guarantee

IF for some reason you DID NOT have success, as long as you took all the necessary steps as outlined above, the following actions could take place based on the sole discretion of WeeWellness™.

  1. After a discussion with a member of our Success Specialist team and you, we would assign a new Dream Team Certified Consultant to work with you until any final issues are resolved (within reason).

  2. We would assign a member of our Success Specialist team to continue to work with you and the Dream Team Certified Consultant until any final issues are resolved (within reason).

  3. We would refund you a portion of your money based on the time spent together.

REFUND

Refund

All refunds are issued solely at the discretion of WeeWellness™ and are subject to the terms outlined below.

At WeeWellness™, we are committed to providing customized support for every family we serve. Because each program includes individualized preparation and planning, our refund policy reflects our work that begins immediately upon program payment.

If you choose not to move forward with your WeeWellness™ program after your initial consultation with your Dream Team Certified Consultant and/or after receiving your customized plan, a refund will not be available. This includes situations where you decide not to implement the program for personal or family reasons, if you change your mind, if your partner doesn’t support your decision, if you are not willing to accept a small amount of crying or pushback from your child, etc.

If you notify us that you do not wish to proceed after you make your program purchase but before your initial consultation and before your customized plan is created, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 75% of the total amount paid for your program. This partial refund accounts for administrative and preparation costs incurred by WeeWellness™ prior to service delivery.
