    Post-Training Support

    • One (1) week of email support for questions, troubleshooting, and cheerleading (3 emails max)
    • One (1) follow-up phone call (30 min max) to adjust your plan, address regressions, or prep for outings/school
  • Initial Home Visit (1.5–2 hours max)

    • In person assessment of your child’s readiness and temperament
    • Review of your family’s daily routines, caregiver involvement, and environment
    • Personalized potty plan with tailored strategies
    • Assistance & guidance on setting up the bathroom(s), play space, and sleep space for success

    This visit can serve as an in-person, initial consultation to assess the setup and make any necessary adjustments. 

    In Person Potty Training Support (3–4 hours/day for 2–3 days)

    • On-site coaching while you implement potty training
    • Gentle modeling of language, cue recognition, and responses to accidents
    • Support in handling resistance, power struggles, or high emotions in real time
    • Daily debriefs and strategy adjustments as needed

    This session would be scheduled in advance for a specific date and is typically the most challenging to coordinate with family and consultant.
