Meghan Marchesani is a proud wife to a first responder, mom of two toddlers, a lively Belgian Malinois and a dedicated WeeWellness™ Dream Team Certified Consultant. Her journey into family wellness began with her own children, where she discovered firsthand the power of gentle routines and sleep consistency in shaping healthy habits that support the entire household. Experiencing the positive impact of strong, predictable rhythms inspired her to help other families achieve the same sense of balance and harmony.

When her son was born, Meghan immersed herself in learning how to create wellness-focused routines from the start, and by just seven weeks old he was already sleeping long stretches at night thanks to consistent rhythms and nurturing habits. Later, when her daughter faced weight challenges as an infant, Meghan worked closely with her pediatrician to ensure every step taken supported both health and development. Once given the green light to begin teaching her daughter independent sleep skills at nine months, Meghan saw the incredible progress that can happen when wellness strategies are tailored with patience and care.

These very different experiences with her children deepened Meghan’s understanding of how unique each child’s needs can be and how important it is for families to have practical, adaptable support. She believes that lasting wellness is built through compassionate guidance, positive routines, and confidence-building strategies that empower parents to trust their instincts and enjoy their families more fully.
