Megan Emery is a dynamic healthcare professional, sleep consultant, and devoted mother who brings a powerful blend of clinical expertise and lived experience to her role as a WeeWellness™ Dream Team Certified Consultant. With a background in occupational therapy and a passion for helping families thrive, Megan empowers caregivers to restore rest, confidence, and connection in their homes starting with healthy, sustainable routines.

Megan holds a B.S. in Psychology from Old Dominion University and an A.A.S. in Occupational Therapy from Tidewater Community College. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L), she spent years delivering skilled, client-centered care supporting patients in building independence, resilience, and quality of life. Her clinical foundation informs every aspect of her work, allowing her to approach family wellness with both empathy and structure.

Megan’s journey into sleep consulting began at home. After becoming a mother, she experienced firsthand the transformative power of proper rest. Hiring a sleep consultant for her own family reshaped her understanding of wellness, routine, and what it truly means to thrive as a unit. That experience inspired her to pursue sleep consulting as a way to help other families achieve the same sense of peace and empowerment.

Now, as part of the WeeWellness™ Dream Team, Megan supports families through a variety of early childhood transitions offering customized strategies that are both research-backed and realistic. She is especially passionate about helping parents build restorative sleep routines that work for their individual lifestyles, temperaments, and goals. Her thoughtful, family-first approach is rooted in the belief that sleep is not a luxury it’s the foundation for lifelong health and happiness.

Described as empathetic, proactive, and results-oriented, Megan is committed to helping caregivers feel equipped, educated, and energized. Whether guiding parents through bedtime battles or helping families rediscover their rhythm, she shows up with insight, calm, and a deep understanding of what real support looks like.
