Kaitlyn White is the Senior Dream Team Coordinator at WeeWellness™, where she plays a vital role in supporting our Dream Team Consultants and Success Specialists. With a background in child and adolescent development, Kaitlyn brings both compassion and precision to her work—ensuring every team member has the tools, clarity, and structure they need to successfully help the families we serve.

As a Dream Team Certified Consultant in Sleep and former nanny, Kaitlyn has spent years supporting families through the early stages of parenting. Her love for helping others, combined with a natural talent for organization and problem-solving, makes her a steady and thoughtful presence within our leadership team.

 

Whether she’s coordinating placements, streamlining communication, or championing the day-to-day needs of our families or consultants, Kaitlyn is known for being empathetic, organized, and kind—a true anchor for our growing family (external & internal).
