Course Outline
The Dream Team Academy Infant and Toddler Sleep Certification combines expert knowledge with practical application. Each module delivers clear, actionable strategies so you can work effectively with families. From the foundations of sleep science to proven consulting methods, each module prepares you to support clients with skill, empathy, and confidence
Module One
SLEEP SCIENCE, SAFETY & HEALTH
Before you can run, you have to learn how to walk. In the first module of this training, you’ll learn what healthy sleep looks like, how to create a safe sleep environment and appropriate responses to common issues, including when to refer out.

Focused on teaching you how to follow our proven process, you’ll learn the 4 keys to success, plus the steps we take to be able to offer our “Sleep in 10 Nights” Guarantee.

You’ll also get insight into the tools, templates and processes we use, including real examples of client relationships from start to finish.

In this module you’ll learn everything you need to be a successful member of the Dream Team of Certified Consultants. How to attract direct referrals, including how to partner with medical professionals & influencers to increase your personal brand awareness. We’ll cover marketing, managing leads, dealing with complaints, etc. By the time this module’s done, you’ll feel 100% confident you’ve got the skills you need.
