Elisha Rubino is a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse who blends over a decade of diverse hospital and wellness experience with a heartfelt passion for supporting families. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Scranton. Her extensive background includes Labor and Delivery, Post-Anesthesia Care, Cardiac Step-Down leadership, and functional health and wellness services, giving her a unique perspective on how physical health, emotional well-being, and balanced family routines work together to create thriving homes.

Elisha’s journey into family wellness deepened when she became a mother herself and experienced firsthand how transformative healthy routines and restful nights can be. Her time as a Labor and Delivery nurse gave her intimate insight into newborn and maternal health, while her functional wellness work strengthened her knowledge of whole-family care and recovery. She understands that quality sleep is just one piece of the family wellness puzzle and works with parents to create balanced, sustainable habits that support the entire household.

Known for her caring nature, reliability, and ability to motivate, Elisha excels at guiding families with warmth and clarity. She uses her strong communication and leadership skills to educate parents, build confidence, and offer personalized solutions that meet each family’s unique needs. Whether supporting newborn care, sleep routines, or overall lifestyle adjustments, she provides a safe and encouraging environment where parents feel understood and empowered.

Through her role as a WeeWellnessDream Team Certified Consultant, Elisha is dedicated to helping families experience the lasting benefits of harmony at home. She is committed to promoting physical health, emotional resilience, and strong family relationships, while walking alongside parents as they work toward calmer days, confident parenting, and the joy of seeing their children thrive.
