Emily Lord is a seasoned pediatric emergency nurse, certified sleep consultant, and devoted mom of two who brings over a decade of healthcare experience to her role as a WeeWellness™ Dream Team Certified Consultant. With her unique blend of clinical expertise and nurturing empathy, Emily is passionate about supporting families through the often-overwhelming challenges of early childhood—and helping them build healthier, more connected lives in the process.
Emily’s journey into family wellness began with her own sleepless nights. While balancing shift work as a registered nurse and raising young children, she experienced firsthand the toll that chronic exhaustion can take on both physical health and emotional well-being. But everything changed once her family established consistent, restorative sleep routines. That transformation sparked a mission: to help other families reclaim their nights—and their peace of mind.
Emily is certified as a Infant & Toddler Sleep Consultant through WeeSleep® and now expands her work across the full spectrum of WeeWellness™ services. Whether she’s supporting families through infant feeding challenges, behavior transitions, or wellness routines, she brings the same compassionate, non-judgmental approach rooted in evidence-based strategies.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and over 10 years of experience working in high-pressure pediatric emergency departments, Emily is no stranger to managing critical situations with calm and clarity. She is certified in advanced pediatric care (PALS), ACLS, vascular access, and trauma triage—and she carries this depth of training into every family interaction with thoughtfulness and reassurance.
Emily is known for being energetic, efficient, and very supportive. She believes that a well-rested, well-supported family is not only happier but healthier, more resilient, and better connected. As part of the WeeWellness™ Dream Team, she is excited to guide families toward that outcome one routine, one breakthrough, and one night of rest at a time.
