Erin Cullen is a calm, experienced, and deeply compassionate parenting support professional who brings over a decade of expertise in family wellness, behavior intervention, and early childhood development to her role as a WeeWellness™ Dream Team Certified Consultant.
With a Master of Arts in Special Education specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, and additional diplomas in Behavioral Science Technology and Social Service Work from George Brown College, Erin’s work is rooted in research-based strategies and compassionate care. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Guelph.
As a mom of three including twins, Erin understands how overwhelming parenting can be without the right support. She has spent her career guiding families through moments of confusion, exhaustion, and change with clarity, empathy, and practical tools that work. Her professional background includes parent coaching, behavioral therapy, wellness education, group facilitation, and developmental support for children with a wide range of needs. She is especially skilled at meeting families where they are and helping them identify what success looks like for their unique situation.
Whether supporting a family through sleep disruptions, potty learning, developmental transitions, or daily routines, Erin’s approach is always family-centered and strengths-based. She takes the time to understand each family’s values and challenges, and then develops personalized strategies that foster lasting positive change. Her warm presence helps caregivers feel supported and confident as they implement new routines that bring more balance into their homes.
