Diane Rosenkrans is a former educator, school principal, and passionate advocate for family wellness who brings energy, empathy, and deep leadership experience to her role as a WeeWellness™ Dream Team Certified Consultant. With over a decade of experience in education—guiding students, coaching adults, and leading school communities—Diane now channels her skills into empowering families with practical tools and compassionate support.

She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Montclair State University and a Bachelor’s in Communications from Virginia Tech. Throughout her career, Diane has coached educators, developed innovative school programs, and led large-scale professional development—all while helping families build stronger relationships and healthier routines. As a mom of two, she also knows firsthand how foundational rest, structure, and emotional balance are to a peaceful home life.

After helping both of her children develop healthy sleep habits through self-guided learning, Diane experienced the powerful shift that comes when families find their rhythm. That personal transformation—paired with her professional background in education and coaching—sparked a deep desire to help other families achieve the same sense of calm, connection, and confidence.

Diane is known for being reliable, motivating, and relational, with a natural ability to build trust and meet families exactly where they are. Whether she’s supporting families through behavioral transitions, daily routines, or emotional growth, she brings patience, insight, and a solutions-focused approach to every interaction.
