Certified Consultant

Alexa Rowek is a passionate educator, wellness advocate, and proud mom of two amazing kids who continually inspire her work. With a career rooted in educational leadership and a heart grounded in lived experience, Alexa has devoted her life to empowering neurodivergent individuals and the families who love them.

She began her journey in special education, later serving as an assistant principal and leading a district-wide Special Education Department in New Jersey. Today, as the Director of Coaching and Content at Leading Educators, she supports K–8 principals and district leaders in building instructional systems that close achievement and opportunity gaps. Alexa holds a master’s degree in special education with a concentration in psychology and is a certified Learning Disability Teacher-Consultant.

Her personal story adds another layer. Alexa knows firsthand the exhaustion of sleepless nights and the overwhelming challenges that come with them. After seeing the life-changing impact of sleep training in her own family, she felt called to help others restore rest and balance—ultimately becoming a Certified Sleep Consultant with WeeWellness™️, whose holistic, family-centered approach aligned perfectly with her values.

Alexa brings together her expertise in education, her deep understanding of neurodivergence, and her personal journey as a parent. She offers coaching and connection to parents of neurodivergent children, helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered. Whether families are navigating a new diagnosis, building advocacy skills, or simply seeking a safe space to exhale, Alexa creates a warm, affirming environment rooted in clarity, compassion, and real, actionable guidance.

Her mission is clear: to help families shift from surviving to thriving—honoring the strengths of neurodivergence and nurturing whole-family well-being, every step of the way.
