Amber Monette is a seasoned family wellness advocate and one of the longest-standing members of our team at WeeWellness™️. With over a decade of experience supporting families across North America, Amber now serves on our leadership team as our Senior Success Specialist, helping both caregivers and team members thrive through connection, guidance, and unwavering support.

Her journey into family wellness began when her own son arrived with unpredictable sleep patterns and only short 20-minute naps. As a new mother navigating sleepless nights and long days while her husband worked long hours on their grain farm, Amber quickly understood the toll that exhaustion can take. After a transformative experience working with a WeeSleep® Dream Team member, Amber saw firsthand the power of consistent support, practical guidance, and compassionate coaching.

That transformative experience led Amber to leave a successful sales and marketing career to pursue her passion for helping families. At WeeWellness™️, she channels her leadership and personal experience into helping parents overcome exhaustion, establish healthy routines, and find joy in their day-to-day lives. Amber believes that every caregiver deserves practical tools, trusted guidance, and a space to feel seen and supported—because real wellness is about more than sleep.
